EnitaC has a student residence on the Marmilhat campus itself, along with a canteen service.

Types of accommodation

The apartments are furnished with:
cupboards, work table, bed (one or two at 90 cm wide according to the size of the apartment) with base and mattress, bedside table.

Pillows, sheets, blankets, shower curtains and cleaning products are not supplied.

These apartments have:
bathroom, toilet, TV aerial, telephone socket.

Rental terms

The rental contract is signed for a duration of 12 months from 1st September to 31 August of the following year and is renewable.
Exceptionally, third year students may end their rental contract on 31 March, when they leave for their final work placement.
The payment of an amount of 310 eurosis required as a deposit. This is cashed but repaid when the student leaves the apartment, after deduction of any amount necessary (damage etc).

Prices

*These apartments are eligible for A.L.S. or Housing Benefit (Allocation Logement Social). This housing benefit is calculated according to the rental cost and the resources of the student (parental resources are not taken into account for the calculation of Housing Benefit). Whether the student is grant-aided or not is taken into account when calculating the amount of Housing Benefit.

Services

Enita offers students a varied range of services aimed at making life easier: washing machines, driers, vacuum cleaners, bike shed, telephones, electronic mail.... and many other little extras which improve everyday life. These services operate in the form of clubs managed by the Student Council.

The "Residence" committee

Its aim is to deal with all the material and administrative issues of the residence. It meets once per term. Residents can report any problems or issues with the residence to their representatives on the committee.

Composition:

• 2 representatives of Enita administration,
• for each floor of the residence, a first year and a second year student is elected to represent all the students living in the residence.

Canteen

Enita has an on-site self-service canteen which has been recently renovated.
Full board is mandatory for any students and placement students living at the residence with a rental contract longer than or equal to two months duration.

The quarterly cost for full board is 510 euros.
The cost for half board is 230 euros.This option is only available to students and placements students not living at the residence.
